Posture & Gait Cycle Assessment

We begin with a comprehensive assessment to identify biomechanical imbalances, weaknesses, and movement dysfunctions by capturing footage of your posture and gait cycle. By using this information it helps us craft a tailored training plan that’ll address your specific needs. We frequently reference back to these photos and footage to ensure progress is being made.

Self-myofascial Release (SMR)

Self-myofascial release (SMR) is a technique used to release tension and tightness in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and joints. This method involves applying pressure to specific areas of the body using various tools or body parts, such as foam rollers, massage balls, or other similar devices. The primary goal of SMR is to alleviate muscle knots, improve flexibility, and reduce muscle soreness.
